TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF PAINTINGS OR COMMISSIONED ARTWORK
1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without stating any reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment / artwork *
2. Consequences of Withdrawal from the Contract
a) You must return the goods without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the receipt of the shipment. The deadline is considered to be met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
b) You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
c) The goods must be returned unused and undamaged, in their original condition and packaging, due to their nature.
*Does not apply to custom-made products.
3. Shipping:
Personal Delivery: Whenever possible, I prefer the personal delivery of artworks in and around Prague. This personal approach allows me to get to know you, my collectors, better and to directly provide you with the piece you have chosen.
Shipping of Artworks: In cases where personal delivery is not possible due to distance or other reasons, your artwork will be carefully packaged with maximum protection. We guarantee that during transport, your artwork will be safeguarded "like a nuclear bomb" to prevent any damage.
Shipping Cost: The shipping cost will be calculated individually based on the specific piece and its size. For an accurate estimate and more details, please contact me in advance.
